Deana Barcz is a 2004 graduate of The Coaching Institute, where she attended live training of the leading coaching techniques. She owns Barcz Coaching and is a partner of Epiphany L.E.C., LLC, both in Wyomissing, PA. She provides Life Coaching and Business Coaching services to clients locally and internationally in addition to mentoring aspiring coaches. Her expertise is in working with entrepreneurs, business owners, and management, helping them achieve their goals quickly, efficiently, and successfully. She utilizes over a decade of study in personal development strategies, high performance techniques, cognitive-behavioral theories and applications, business development, and communication skills in addition to 14 years of business experience.
In addition to her coaching certification, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from Alvernia College in 2000 with honors in both Psychology and English. Business classes were completed at Temple University. Prior to graduation, Deana interned at the Center for Mental Health of the Reading Hospital, working directly under the clinical director. Deana was awarded with the Award for Clinical Excellence during a ceremony in May, 2000. Deana was hired as a liaison for the legal and mental health systems in Berks County. Deana worked extensively in the restaurant field and other businesses as a business coach, trainer, and manager.
Deana values volunteer work, having provided volunteer services for Berks Women in Crisis, Special Equestrians, where they provide rehabilitation for children of special needs, Berks County Prison, providing psycho-educational, self-improvement, life skills, and family restoration workshops for the inmates, and the Berks County Historic Society. She is a member of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Greater Reading Young Professionals, International Coach Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaching (IAC), and Coachville. Deana was the Education Coordinator on the leadership team of BNI, earning an Award of Recognition. She is now Wyomissing’s BNI President, leading her group to grow in membership and in business success. She currently volunteers her time with the Chamber Professional Resource Program, Leadership Berks, and Community Advancement of GRYP. Deana is a proud resident of Berks County and resides there with her husband, their dog and cat. She is passionate about helping our community achieve personal and professional fulfillment…one person, one business at a time.
