Swedish Massage – This technique is very gentle and relaxing. It uses a variety of techniques specifically designed to release muscular tension, improve muscle tone, increase circulation, improve range of motion and increase lymph flow.

Deep Tissue Massage – This technique uses slower, deeper pressure, trigger points and stretches to massage the muscles and fascia into their deeper fibers. Deep Tissue will alleviate pain and increase range of motion for clients with chronic neck, shoulder and back muscular discomfort.

Thai Yoga Massage – Stimulate and balance your energy meridians with a combination of passive stretches, breath work and energy work coupled with thumb and palm pressure. Clients should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing as Thai Yoga is performed on a padded mat, on the floor.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi – Lomi Lomi is the holistic healing used by the ancient Polynesians. Long, continuous, flowing strokes are used to treat the entire body. Lomi Lomi is deep and thorough, yet gentle massage aimed at restoring relaxation and harmony.

Aromatherapy – The highest quality aromatic essential oils are prepared for your massage. The therapeutic qualities of the oils and blends evoke emotional and physical changes to reduce stress and tension; alleviate aches and pain; aid in grief and anxiety; relax from fatigue and exhaustion, and restore overall well-being. Aromatherapy can easily be added to most of the body work that Epiphany offers.

Pedi Heal – Bring your very busy and tired feet for a grand foot bath experience. This healing journey begins with salt scrubs applied to the feet in a basin of water, followed by massage strokes and pressure techniques to rejuvenate your overworked and tired feet.

Raindrop Technique - Experience the balance and healing of essential oils with this powerful yet gentle technique. Using 100% pure essential oils along with lightly applied pressure on vital reflex points along the back and feet, the Raindrop Technique is an excellent way to release toxins and inflammation along the spinal muscles, alleviate sever back pain, and bring the body back into structural and electrical alignment.
